SwissLens Torelis

The Torelis is an individual multifocal soft contact lens for all toric refractive errors in presbyopic patients. Its wide range of parameters and materials allows an optimal adaptation to the eye and therefore highest wearing comfort and long wearing times.

Geometry.

Stabilisation:

Torelis Ext

  • Back spherical optic zone with aspheric flattening
  • Front multifocal-toric optic zone
  • Dynamic stabilisation with bumps nasal and temporal
  • Low corneal astigmatism, internal or combined astigmatism
  • Marking at 0° and 180°

Torelis Int:

  • Back toric optic zone with aspheric flattening
  • Front multifocal optic zone
  • Dynamic stabilisation with bumps nasal and temporal
  • Corneal astigmatism > 2.5 dpt improves stabilisation
  • Curve difference over 0.50 mm
  • Refraction axis = axis (rcfl) +/−10°
  • Marking at 0° and 180°

Torelis Bal:

  • Back toric optic zone with aspheric flattening
  • Front multifocal optic zone
  • Ballast stabilisation
  • Deep lower or upper eyelid
  • Unsuccessful fitting with dynamic stabilisation
  • Very large eyelid (> 11)
  • Marking at 0° and 180°

Multifocal Variations:

Bifocal (Bf):

  • 2 concentric Optical zones far/near
  • CD or CN

Simple progressive (Sp):

  • 3 concentric Optical zones far/ intermediate / near
  • CD or CN

Multi progressive (Mp):

  • multiple spherical concentric zones: distant / near
  • CN
